Small Room

25 London Road is a 4 bedroom house located ‘next door’ to Verney park Campus. It is self-catering accommodation. This house is reserved for Postgraduate students.

Downstairs – Fully fitted kitchen, furnished living/dining room, 1 X bedroom.

Upstairs – Family bathroom, 3 X bedrooms (1 of the bedrooms is small and has a lockable wardrobe located just outside the room).

The communal areas are cleaned daily Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

To assist the cleaning staff you are asked to wash up after yourselves.

Students need to bring their own towels, pots and pans, crockery, knives and forks. Please remember also to bring your own bedding, to fit a single bed.

This property has a driveway with space to park a car.

The nearest laundrette is in the Franciscan building on the Verney Park campus.

The prices are inclusive of wi-fi and bills.
