iQ Abacus House offers a wide range of modern en suite rooms. There are also self-contained studios for more independent student living, all equipped with their own kitchenette, living space, double bed and shower. The building provides a variety of social and study spaces, including a lounge and roof terrace, and the team hold regular social events for residents. It's easy to reach the University of Brighton on foot, or catch a bus to the University of Sussex campus nearby.
