A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, available for first year students attending BU but owned and operated by Yugo, who are the landlord for all residents. Bailey Point has all the things you might want for your new home from home. A modern and stylish hall of residence with 550 bedrooms, it is a mixed community of undergraduates and postgraduates, and benefits from great communal spaces – including a free-to-use on-site gym, two commons rooms, a roof terrace and study spaces. The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.

Bailey Point is located in the heart of the Lansdowne Campus and is just a 10-minute bus ride from Talbot Campus, with buses running regularly from right outside. It’s also close to the main train station, the beach and the town centre nightlife.

Terms and conditions
Please refer to the BU website for full Terms & Conditions. A £250 deposit, plus two weeks rent in advance against the third instalment payment is required. Rent is paid in three instalments aligned to the start of each term. Specific arrival time slots can be booked through online enrolment at the beginning of September.
