The studio is equipped with a small double bed (190x120) which is perfect for one person to get cosy and watch their favourite shows on Netflix. Unilife provides an all-inclusive package so the weekly rent covers all your utilities such as water, electricity, heating and 1000mb guaranteed super high speed WIFI. There is also a 43" TV with a TV licence in your Studio.

Bargate House is the best location for students as the property is situated on the main high street of Southampton. The address is: Location: 31-33 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2DF. Students will be two minutes’ walk from Westquay shopping centre and bars, restaurants, and leisure activities in the city. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Southampton Solent University, 20 minutes to the main campus of the University of Southampton by bus, and 40 minutes to Winchester College of Art by bus. Southampton Central railway station is 10minutes walk and students will be able to access all area of Southampton and a direct train to London which takes 90minutes.

To secure a studio with Unilife, the following two payments are required upon signature of contract:
1. £300 deposit. It is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to room status.
2. Pre-rent instalment of 30-day rent. This payment goes towards the first invoice of the contract.
All tenancy agreements have a cooling off period of 48 hours from the signature of contract. All cancellation requests must be in writing via an email addressed to the Unilife Team [email protected].
If a resident does not gain a place at their chosen University or College and wishes to be released from their Tenancy Agreement, they must provide Unilife with evidence of their rejection and evidence of the reason why no later than 72 hours after dated correspondence from your University or College. You may also be eligible to be released from this agreement if you are a prospective first year undergraduate student and you choose to go to a different University.
