Darwin Studio

With a beautiful arch window that overlooks Darwin Houses courtyard with its beautiful rose gardens, it's hard not to fall in love with Darwin Studio Flats. These self-contained flats have a small double bed, kitchen/living area and are suitable for single or double occupancy making them ideal for couples. 

Located just outside the central hub of the Canterbury campus. Its quieter location even boasts a beautiful rose garden where you can relax or study, whilst the Templeman Library and Gulbenkian cinema and theatre are a few minutes walk away.

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2024/25 a Darwin studio costs £14,277.55. Included in the fee is a Premium Plus Membership for our on-campus facilities at Kent Sport, all utility bills (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal possessions insurance. A Flex Catering package is also available for an additional cost.
