Keynes Flats

One of our most popular en-suite options are Keynes Flats which house 5-9 students sharing a spacious fully equipped kitchen and diner, with lots of space for entertaining and cooking, plus the option for an extra-large room.

Close to everything, Keynes self-catered flats are located on central campus within convenient walking distance restaurant Dolche Vita, teaching spaces, the student plaza and medical centre. Also within Keynes is a duckpond and K-Bar which has a laid-back and welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing with friends in the evening or between lectures. Keynes College also has shared facilities, part-catered, adapted and accessible accommodation.

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2024/25 a standard room costs £9,211.02 and an extra-large room costs £10,051.86. Included in the fee is a Premium Plus Membership for our on-campus facilities at Kent Sport, all utility bills (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal possessions insurance.
