Park Wood Flats

Ever popular for it's relaxed community vibe and green spaces Park Wood Flats offer spacious en-suite, self-catered rooms in our student villiage. Within Park Wood you'll find the Student Hub which contains Woody's bar, Co-op shop, launderettes, social space, reception, study and dance facilities plus Park Wood Houses (shared facilities accommodation) with the rest of campus only a few minutes walk away.

Residents of Park Wood Flats share a modern kitchen/diner that is fully fitted with 6 other students and your accommodation also includes a Premium Plus Membership for our facilities at Kent Sport which neighbour Park Wood, all utilities (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal contents insurance. 

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2024/25 a standard room costs £9,211.02 and a limited number of twin rooms are £4,777.50 (per person). The Flex Catering Package is open to all students living on campus at an additional cost. Accessible and adapted rooms are also available.
