Tyler Court Flats

Tyler Court has two room options available which are amongst our cheapest en-suite rooms available. However, this doesn't mean compromising on quality as both rooms are modern with large fully equipped kitchen/diners great for socialising. In Tyler Court A your kitchen is shared with eight students, while Tyler Court B/C rooms have bigger bedroom and kitchens which are shared with your eight other flatmates.

Tyler Court has its own reception and study area in Tyler Court A, and you are also very close to everything on the main campus including the library and Rutherford Dining Hall Your fees also include great benefits such as a Premium Plus Membership for our facilities at Kent Sport, all utilities (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal contents insurance.

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2023/24 a room in Tyler Court A costs £8,744.19 and £9,211.02 Tyler Court B/C. The Flex Catering Package is open to all students living on campus at an additional cost.
