Woolf Flats

Located close to the centre of campus, residents in Woolf College can enjoy all of our campus's facilities, whilst also enjoying en-suite accommodation and a spacious fully fitted kitchen/diner shared with your 5-8 flatmates.

Woolf College also boasts its own common room, laundry facilities, and reception. Your accommodation includes Premium Plus Membership for our on-campus facilities at Kent Sport, all utility bills (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal possessions insurance.

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2024/25 a standard en-suite room costs £9,211.02. The Flex Catering Package is also open to all students living on campus at an additional cost. Woolf College also houses postgraduate students but students of different levels of study are not housed together with UG and PG students are housed separately. Adapted and accessible rooms are available.
