Park Wood Houses

Surrounded by green spaces, Park Wood Houses all have a homely environment and a great community feel, making it one of our popular options. Located in our student village, you live in a 5 or 6-bedroom house allowing you to really get to know your housemates, as you can cook together in your house kitchen or socialise on the lawn with your neighbours.

Accommodation fees include a Premium Plus Membership for our facilities at Kent Sport which neighbours Park Wood, all utilities (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and personal contents insurance. Laundry and reception services are nearby as well as a student hub (home to a Co-Op, Woody's bar, study and dance spaces) while the Templeman Library is a 10-minute walk away through leafy surroundings.

A five-bed house will have one fully-equipped kitchen, one shower room and two toilets to share. Six-bedroom houses have a larger kitchen/diner and additional shower room.

No deposits are needed to secure a room when applying, and for 2024/25 a room in a 5-bed house is £5,034.12 and a 6-bed house is £6,352.71.
