Platinum One Bed Apartments are approximately 36 SQM in size. These student rooms come with a compact double bed, an en suite bathroom, private kitchenette, study area and storage space. The rooms include a bed with underbed storage, a chair, a desk, a sofa chair, a TV, shelving unit and wardrobe space. The en suite bathroom includes a toilet, shower and sink. The private kitchens have a 2 ring hob, a combination microwave oven, an under-counter fridge with freezer drawer and a sink. (Please note, residents will need to purchase a TV Licence if they are watching live broadcasts).
