General Description
17a Christchurch Road is new student accommodation opening in September 2023. Owned and operated by Host, it's home to 206 students, with BU having exclusive access to 50 rooms.
The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.
Prices are based on 2023/24 and may be subject to change for the 2024/25 cycle.

Local area
It is within walking distance of all our buildings on Lansdowne Campus, as well as the centre of Bournemouth, the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants, and the Students' Union-run nightclub The Old Fire Station. Regular buses to our Talbot Campus run from just outside.
