General Description
A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, available for first year students attending BU but it is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages (CLV), who are the landlord for all residents. Chesil House is a relatively small accommodation block, home to just over 200 students in the heart of our Lansdowne Campus. With a mix of undergraduate and postgraduate residents in separate blocks but with roomy shared spaces and outside courtyard, it’s an easygoing place to live. The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.

Close to the town centre, the beach, train station and a wide range of shops restaurants and bars. Regular buses to our Talbot Campus run from just outside.

Terms and conditions
Please visit the BU website for full details on Terms & Conditions. A £250 deposit, plus two weeks rent in advance against the third instalment payment is required. Annual rent is split into three instalments. Arrival time slots can be booked through online enrolment completed in early September.
