General Description

A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, available for first year students attending BU but it is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages (CLV), who are the landlord for all residents. Chesil House is a relatively small accommodation block, home to just over 200 students in the heart of our Lansdowne Campus. With a mix of undergraduate and postgraduate residents in separate blocks but with roomy shared spaces and outside courtyard, it’s an easygoing place to live. The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in rent.

Prices are based on 2020/21 and may be subject to change for the 2021/22 cycle.
