Corfe House is home to 308 students across eight floors, it offers a great community feel for those who live there. A more relaxed and quieter environment and has a mixture of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Located in Poole, close to the restaurants and bars of Poole quay, it is slightly further from our campuses, but with excellent transport links and a harbour-side setting that many students value.
The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.

Please refer to the BU website for full details of terms and conditions. Standard rooms are 42 weeks and the premium rooms and studios are for 50 weeks. A deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking. Annual rent is split into three instalments. Arrival time slots can be booked when completing the online enrolment at the beginning of September.
