Hayes House is a newly refurbished, purpose-built student accommodation building, consisting of 1 & 2 bed self contained apartments & 3-8 bed shared apartments. You can rent rooms individually or apartments as part of a group.

Each shared apartment has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and lounge. The en-suite bedrooms have double beds, fitted wardrobes, a desk with drawers and shelves above, a mirror in the bedroom, notice board and en-suite shower room. Each bedroom also has its own WiFi and hardwired connection for the best of both worlds! All apartments come with Dishwashers, Free Netflix and Free Starbucks (saving up to £960!)
