Be the first to live in our newly built Platinum Studios at iQ Leeds. With a 22-25sqm floor plan, our Platinum Studios offer a separate kitchen area to maximise your living space. These studios can be found on various levels throughout the building, with double occupancy available for an additional fee.

With plenty of room to relax, study and cook, Platinum Studios give you a full-size double bed, separate private kitchen, private bathroom, study area, tub chair and coffee table and loads of space. You also get use of the building’s gym, laundry and social spaces.
