Be the first to live in our newly built Platinum Studio Plus at iQ Leeds. With a 22-25sqm floor plan, our Platinum Studio Plus offer a separate kitchen area to maximise your living space. These studios can be found on various levels throughout the building, with double occupancy available for an additional fee.

With plenty of room to relax, study and cook, Platinum Studio Plus give you a full-size double bed, separate private kitchen, private bathroom, study area, tub chair and coffee table and loads of space. You also get use of the building’s gym, laundry and social spaces.
