General Description

A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, available for first year students attending BU but it is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages (CLV), who are the landlord for all residents.

Lyme Regis House is a large hall of residence with 390 ensuite rooms arranged in cluster flats of 5 plus 10 self-contained studio flats. There is a resident's lounge, communal kitchen and private study spaces.

The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.

Terms and conditions

Visit the BU website for full details on the terms & conditions. Deposit of £250 required at time of booking and a pre-payment of £300. Remaining rent is split into three instalments due at the start of each term. An arrival time-slot can be booked when completing the online induction which is sent out at the beginning of September.
