General Description

A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, available for first year students attending BU but it is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages (CLV), who are the landlord for all residents.

Lyme Regis House is a large hall of residence with 390 ensuite rooms arranged in cluster flats of 5 plus 10 self-contained studio flats. There is a resident's lounge, communal kitchen and private study spaces.

The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in rent.

Prices are based on 2020/21 and may be subject to change for the 2021/22 cycle.

Local area

Located close to the student union building (TOFS) at Lansdowne and bus stops for travel to Talbot Campus. Short walk to the cliff top for the beach and to the town centre.

Full details on the terms & conditions please see website : https://www.bournemouth.ac.uk/why-bu/accommodation/contracts-codes-practice Deposit required of £250 at time of booking and a pre-payment of £300 due by 1 September. Remaining rent is split into three installments due at the start of each term. Arrivals weekend is 19/20 September, an arrival time-slot can be booked when completing the online induction which is sent out at the beginning of September.
