Moreton Road Flats

Gregory House, located on our Moreton Road Campus, consists of a block of six modern, self-catering flats.All these modern flats are fully equipped with a washing machine, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. You should not bring any of these items with you. You will need to bring your own towels and tea-towels, saucepans, crockery and cutlery. Please remember to bring your own bedding. The ensuite and large rooms have 4ft small double beds and therefore will require double bedding. All other rooms will require bedding to fit a single bed. A vacuum cleaner is provided for everyone to share. Communal areas are cleaned daily (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays. Off street parking is available and all students should park in a safe and considerate manner at all times.

The Moreton Road Campus is the newest Campus, consisting of houses and flats on a residential housing estate. It is a 25 minute walk away from the Verney Park and Hunter Street Campuses, although the University offers a free mini-bus service during the week days.
