General Description

A purpose built hall of residence within the BU portfolio, but it is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages (CLV), who are the landlord for all residents.

With just 95 residents in total, Okeford House is a small hall of residence, dedicated to BU postgraduate students with a mix of cluster flats and studios. It is split between two separate blocks by a courtyard garden.

The ResLifeBU programme and annual bus pass is included in the rent. It is possible to opt out of the annual bus pass.

Prices are based on 2024/25 cycle.

Local area

The site is located on a side road, just off Winton high street, where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, including two supermarkets (Waitrose and Lidl). The university bus (U3) picks up and drops off in Winton, providing you with an easy and quick way to reach our Talbot and Lansdowne campuses.

Visit the BU website for full details of Terms & Conditions. All contracts are for 50 weeks. Annual rent is paid in three instalments, £250 deposit, plus two weeks rent in advance against the third instalment payment is required at the time of booking.
