Opening in January, we have 282 stunning luxury studios across five residences! Perfect for students, working professionals and hospital staff, we have short term lets available for those who want to live in the perfect home away from home.

Get ready to enjoy the luxury of your very own en suite, as well as comfy double beds with suitable storage and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also have access to some fabulous communal spaces when it’s time to unwind including an equipped gym, communal lounge, study area, games tables, and a big TV! To make your life a little easier, we also have a laundry room and a cycle store.

Three of the five residences will have roof gardens which will be landscaped with access to a communal BBQ, perfect when the sun is shining and you want to relax with your friends.

Please note that there will be no disruption whilst the other two blocks are being finished for 2022, as they will be cordoned off to ensure a calm environment for residents.
