Opal Court

Opal Court offers a variety of en suite rooms, studios and apartments. All provide the essentials of student living, including a bed, study area with desk, chair and storage, and a shower room with washbasin and toilet. The en suite rooms have the use of a nearby shared kitchen and living space with TV, while studios and apartments include their own kitchenette and living space. Accommodation on our upper floors also enjoys a view over the city.

On site, you’ll find plenty of social spaces to relax in, along with a games room, study area and private dining room. All Opal Court residents benefit from free WiFi, all-inclusive bills and onsite maintenance services, as well as access to iQ’s regular online and onsite social events.

Within a 5-minute walk of the University of Leicester, and a 12-minute walk from De Montfort University, iQ Opal Court offers en suite student accommodation with a range of onsite facilities. Located on Lancaster Road, just off University Road, Opal Court could hardly be closer to the main University of Leicester campus, and is within a 10-minute walk of Leicester Train Station and other local amenities.
