General Description
Parade Green is managed by Unite Students and opened in September 2019. This is a modern hall with almost 900 study bedrooms in flats of 5 to 10 bedrooms. This hall is suitable for returning students on a 38 week contract and returning students on a 42 week contract. Parade Green also offers 42 week contracts for the Art Foundation students. The hall also benefits from a gym, cinema room and other common area facilities.
Local area
The hall is close to bus stops for the U5 bus route to the Headington Campus and Marston Road site. It is opposite Paul Kent Hall and very close Crescent Hall.

Terms and conditions
Students allocated Parade Green on 8 July will be asked to pay an initial rent payment of £250 when you complete your booking. Your first rent payment will be due in August 2020. This will be for 10% of the total rent for the year. The £250 will be deducted from this payment. Students allocated Parade Green on 13 or 26 August will be required to make their first payment in August 2020. This will be for 10% of the total rent for the year.
Payment plans are available. For more information, please contact Unite by email, or by visiting their website. If you live in this hall your contract will be with Unite Students. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.
