Peak Court

Students opting to live at Peak Court will benefit from newly refurbished accommodation, with a bright and modern feel. Peak Court is fairly central to Derby city centre and all academic sites, making it a convenient location for all students. Additionally, Peak Court is in close proximity to Princess Alice Court, Nunnery Court and Sir Peter Hilton Court, giving the entire area a ‘student feel’. All the kitchens at this hall contain a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and drainer, cupboards and work tops, and table and chairs or breakfast bar with seating. All students can take advantage of the Unibus service to travel between sites, to Derby city centre and to the train station. Peak Court is priced at £157 a week.

This popular all en suite hall of residence is ideally situated close to a supermarket, other halls and University buildings.  It’s also just a short walk to the city centre and has a Unibus stop literally on the doorstep. 

As with all University halls at Derby, a Residence Life programme of free and heavily subsidised events and activities is exclusively available to residents.
