Space is a brand new development of self-contained luxury accommodation designed for students in St Andrews, Fife. Offering a range of studios and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments, you can now reserve your own SPACE for September 2024.

All of our studios and apartments are finished to the very highest quality, with features such as Corian vanity units, floor-to-ceiling Crittall windows, separate living areas and flat-screen TVs. Deposit - £500
Cancellation Policy:
- Should a student reserve a room with us but is not given a place within the University of St Andrews we will cancel the room booking and return their deposit providing they can demonstrate they have not been accepted onto their course.
- Should a student reserve a room with us but is not granted a visa to enable them to study within the UK, we will cancel their booking and return their deposit providing they can show proof that their visa has been refused.
Should a student reserve a room with us and attend the University of St Andrews but has decided to live with another accommodation provider or commute to the university, the student will be asked to find a replacement tenant. Space student accommodation teams will support the student in finding a replacement tenant to enable them to cancel their booking, but the student will be held by contract to pay the due rent until a new tenant has been found, all new tenancy documents signed, the deposit has been paid and the new tenant checked into the room. The deposit will be returned to the original student once the replacement tenant has been checked into the room.
