The village has a café/shop, laundrette and common rooms and there is on-site security 24 hours a day. All bedrooms have wi-fi and the accommodation price includes all bills (including wi-fi, heating, electricity and water), gym membership and Campus Life membership.

St Mary's Quad has a mixture of en-suite rooms and studios. The en-suite rooms are available to undergraduate students only, and the studios are available to both undergraduates and postgraduates.
