Viking House Studio

Viking House is located in the centre of Lincoln, just a short walk from the main Brayford Pool Campus. It offers a traditional hall of residence experience in a modern environment. The complex is made up of three buildings of self-catered apartments and studios, with each housing between eight and 23 students.

In total there are 272 furnished student bedrooms and 15 studio rooms. Some apartments have rooms specifically designed for students with disabilities.

All rooms in Viking House are single-occupancy en-suite or studio rooms and are fully furnished with a three-quarter size bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers. En-suite rooms include a shower, basin, and toilet.
