iQ Weaver Place

Weaver Place is equipped with a range of brand new en suite rooms and studios. These give you the choice of a private room which shares a kitchen and living area with flatmates, or a studio which incorporates its own kitchenette and living space for maximum independence.

Among the many amenities at Weaver Place are an onsite gym, games room and social lounges – plus there are laundry facilities and free WiFi.

The UK’s 12th-largest city, Coventry lies just over 20 miles south east of Birmingham and around 100 miles from London.

It’s home to not only Coventry University but also a campus of the University of Warwick – an institution ranked among the top 10 UK universities in The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2019. A high proportion of international students – around 40% of the student community – contributes to the city’s diversity.

The city is packed with arts and music venues – you will find the impressive Warwick Arts Centre, and the Copper Rooms for live gigs, on campus at the University of Warwick. Students at Coventry University can enjoy movies, live performances and events at Square One in The Hub – the centre of student life at the university which also offers a food court, coffee shop and convenience store, as well as centres for Health & Wellbeing and Spirituality & Faith.

Our new Coventry student accommodation opened in 2020. Located on Lamb Street, iQ Weaver Place is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and around 10 minutes’ walk from Coventry University. Bus links to the University of Warwick, south of the city, are also nearby.
