Couples Studio

Self contained studio flats available for couples - 38 and 50 week contracts available. Virtual tours can be found on the Westminster Hall webpage.

• First-year students can request a studio flat at Westminster Hall by emailing us at [email protected] once they have an unconditional offer.
• If both occupants of the flat are going to be full-time Brookes students, either one can email us. The contract will be in one student's name.
• If one of the occupants is not going to be a full-time student (either part-time or not a student at all), they will be eligible to pay council tax. The full-time student will need to complete a council tax exemption form. Your household may be charged a higher amount of council tax if you do not declare your status as a student.
• Returning students can book Westminster Hall via the Accommodation Portal from February of their first year.
